Avanta - a short history

Background:
Formed in the UK in 2004, Avanta offers highly flexible, unbranded office space, with advanced and competitively priced technology, tailor made to meet the requirements of the occupier. All our buildings are unbranded, located in prime areas of London, the UK and India and have highly trained, Institute of Customer Service accredited teams on hand to help with any day to day business needs. Our pricing is transparent; a simple, monthly fee includes bandwidth connectivity, telephone handsets, local and national calls, post handling, copying and beverages allowing you to budget effectively.

Avanta also offer a wide range of A/V equipped meeting rooms, from 2 person interview rooms to 100 people theatre style. Bookable by the hour, half day or day, the majority of our meeting rooms come with free internet access, air conditioning and, of course, a centre team available to help with equipment, layout and catering.

June 2008. Avanta signs two leases on buildings in the centre of Delhi and Mumbai as it embarks on a major expansion drive into the Indian market.

September 2008. Avanta launches 21,000 sq ft Statesman House, first business centre in New Delhi. Over 100 people attended the event which included a comedian and dancers. Statesman House is situated within Delhi’s prime business district, half an hour from the domestic and international airports and just a short distance from the railway station.
