Christmas Celebrations & New Year Cheer for Avanta Business Centre, India

It was that time of the year again!

Every year, the festive season brings along a joyous occasion to bond with clients and colleagues. Avanta India made the most of this opportunity by organizing a Christmas and New Year party at its  business centre at Connaught Place in New Delhi.

Avanta’s Statesman House centre was completely transformed and geared up to play host to its clients. Of course, creating a perfect ambiance for get-togethers, meetings and conferences is Avanta’s forte. A Christmas tree, colourful lights, bells and other festive decorations adorned the office spaces and added to the spirit of Christmas. Santa Claus went around distributing sweets to everyone.

The evening celebrations provided the right impetus for a get together that included fun games and refreshments followed by informal networking opportunities for the clients. This proved to be an ideal setting to break the corporate monotony and unwind.

Adding to the New Year cheer and building on the excellent client feedback received through a customer satisfaction survey, Avanta saw many clients renewing their contracts for 2012. Owing to the comprehensive services provided by the team, the business centre closed the calendar year with an impressive 90% occupancy rate and a very healthy pipeline for the next year.

One of the business managers at Avanta said, “Owing to the favourable macro and micro economic factors, we are bullish about the Indian economy and are sure that the New Year will continue to be great for our business.
