Avanta Set to Add Another Feather to its Cap:

Plans to Open a new Business Centre in South Delhi

New Delhi, June 2012: Backed by a robust demand for business centres, Avanta India is poised to launch a new business centre at the Southern Park at Saket, South Delhi. “Our Connaught Place centre has been experiencing over 90% occupancy levels. The demand for facilities like meeting rooms and serviced offices has been increasing steadily. In fact, in a recent customer satisfaction survey, our clients had expressed the need for another business centre in South Delhi. The new business centre at Saket (South Delhi) is a 10,000 sq. ft. facility that is expected to be operational in August 2012. Located in the central business district of South Delhi, the Southern Park centre is close to the central suburb.
