Business Centre Manager
Hi, I am Kriti Taneja. I am the Business Centre Manager and I am responsible for the centre operations. Customer satisfaction is very crucial to my role. It further transpires down to the team. We have to be very innovative with the ideas to make our customers happy. Each person who walks in from the door is equally important for us. Everyday I take a tour of the centre to meet the clients and gather their feedback. People choose Avanta over other serviced offices because of the location, transparency in pricing, excellent service and excellent IT and telecom.
Client feedback is most important for us. Positive feedback helps in staff motivation. Suggestions from the client help in improving the services. We gather feedback from the client through suggestions card kept in the pantry, personally meeting the clients and through client satisfaction survey. Mostly when I walk around the centre and meet clients, I get a positive feedback and the credit goes to the fabulous team we have. Most of the clients have been with us for more than 3 years now. This shows how happy and satisfied they are.
We like to keep things simple for our clients, so we have combined basic services such s tea, coffee, internet, telecom, photocopy, printing under one package which is the business service package. So at the end of the month when the client gets the invoice, there are two things – the rental and the business service package. Be it Diwali, Independence Day, Republic Day, we celebrate it with our client. We organize client event, we have games, there’s food and we enjoy our event. Recently we did our cricket match that was fun filled, lot of clients participated.
