Avanta Exceeds Expectations: Customer Satisfaction Survey

  • 70% of clients chose Avanta because of its excellent location, while others valued the flexibility and value for money that Avanta offered. The first impression during the centre visit received a thumbs-up with over 90% respondents liking the ambience, hospitality and reception. All the respondents appreciated the speed and timeliness of the information sharing.
  • When asked to rate their experience across services like the handover process from the sales team to the centre team, support while moving in, setting up of voice and data services, availability of requested furniture, upkeep and cleanliness of the rooms and the accuracy of the first invoice – team Avanta received favourable responses on every front!
  • The Avanta experience was also put to the test through a Likert scale. One of the key attributes – “service excellence at the reception and admin team” received overwhelming exceeded expectations responses. Other questions such as levels of cleanliness, reliability of IT/Telecoms services, call handling services, monthly invoicing and the overall experience at Avanta, received a positive response, with 20% strongly agreeing and 70% agreeing. There wasn’t one bit of negative feedback!

A facilities manager at Avanta said “The customer satisfaction survey also included open-ended questions that could help us gather comprehensive feedback . We also wanted to seek inputs for continued service excellence and further improvements. The team was delighted to receive accolades for excellent service, resourcefulness and reliability. Our staff members were applauded for their extremely helpful conduct.”
