    The world is going through a global health crisis, Coronavirus outbreak. As a major step to cope with this, India has instructed the authorities at the airport to screen all the passengers who are coming from foreign countries like Kathmandu, Vietnam, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, South Korea, Singapore and Japan.

    The companies based in India which requires travelling in other countries have also been advised to postpone it temporarily.

    Given that companies have certain legal obligations to provide a protected environment to the employees, we as a coworking space provider in Delhi are sharing some fundamental tips (mentioned below) for the prevention from the global health emergency.

    – Educate employees about the signs and symptoms of the coronavirus and the precautionary measures that can be taken to limit the danger of getting the infection.

    – Provide hand sanitizer, flu masks and facial tissues; encourage your employees and clients to wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds; and cleaning and disinfecting frequently-touched objects and surfaces.

    – Try to limit the unnecessary meetings and visitors and assessing the risks of exposure who may have recently travelled to China or any other foreign countries, come in direct contact with.

    – Suggesting sick employees to work from home or take leave if possible. People should stay at home when have cold, flu or fever and seek medical help immediately. As this may have occurred due to some respiratory problem or some serious infection.

    Meanwhile, numerous big organizations worldwide have put a temporary suspension on travel to China. Also, the companies with employees who have recently travelled to China can consider asking those employees to work from home and or provide them with the paid leaves to ensure they are not bringing the virus into the workplace.
