Growing Demand for Flexible Workspaces

According to Mathur, as more professionals, start-ups, and companies recognise the benefits of using flexible workspaces for optimal productivity and efficiency, the segment continues to gain momentum. What was once largely associated with start-ups is now increasingly being adopted by established corporates as well.

He noted that this growing acceptance of co-working environments has the potential to significantly reshape the traditional office leasing model in the coming years.
