Part of my daily tasks include looking after the reception. That includes looking after the telephone answering, incoming and outgoing mails, also assisting with any administrative services such as photocopying, binding, laminating etc. Along with my colleagues I also look after the maintenance of the building. We work together to resolve issues as soon as possible. I also look after IT and telephone systems which include setting up of the IT and telephones as well as any troubleshooting problems. I assist the clients during the meetings.
At Avanta we have three different types of meeting rooms. Barakhamba is a 6 seater room which is ideal for interviews. We have Lodhi 1 and Lodhi 2 which have a capacity of 8 people and is ideal for boardroom. Lodhi is our biggest meeting room. It can accommodate upto 20 people. Our meeting rooms are equipped with various facilities. We have video conferencing available. You can do telephone conferencing as well. We have flipchart, whiteboard, projector all available on request. We have Wi-Fi and LAN connection available at the client request as well. We can set up the layout of the meeting room according to the client’s requirement. It can be done as a theatre style to hold seminars or workshops. It can be done as a boardroom style for professional board meetings, it can be done as a classroom style to hold examinations. It can be laid out as a cabaret style as well. At Avanta we have an IP based video conferencing system. Should the client require an ISPIAN based system as well we can arrange for bridging of the two.
