Every plan includes furnished space, gigabit internet, utilities, reception, cleaning, secure 24/7 access and use of shared breakout areas. Meeting-room credits are added to private office and membership plans.
2. How quickly can my team move in?
Most private offices are move-in ready within 48 hours of signing. Larger fit-outs or custom branding typically take two to three weeks.
3. What contract lengths do you offer?
Terms start from one month and run up to three years. Longer commitments unlock preferential rates and free customisation of the suite.
4. Can I scale up or down later?
Yes. You can add or release desks at each monthly cycle and move between Avanta locations without a new contract wherever space allows.
5. Are there any hidden costs?
No. Pricing is all-inclusive per desk. The only extras are additional meeting-room hours beyond your credits, parking and printing above fair use.
