Q: Can you introduce yourself and your organization?
A: I’m Shumon, Brand Lead Manager at Rasta. Rasta Venture is a branding and content agency that has been operational for about 30 years now.
Q: What were you looking for when selecting an office space?
A: We were trying to figure out how to fit our entire team into a space that ensures collaboration. Since we use a lot of tools in our work, we needed a space that supports this. The Avanta center at M.G. Road was just being built at the time, and we were among the first to start working here. It was a decision made mostly by association.
Q: What makes this location ideal for your team?
A: Connectivity is crucial for us because our team members come from different parts of Delhi NCR. This location is very close to the metro station, which is a big plus. Also, once you enter the space, it’s brightly lit and has a warm, welcoming, and friendly environment.
Q: How would you describe the working atmosphere here?
A: It’s 100% professional and highly collaborative. Co-working and flexible workspaces have gained a lot of momentum in India, and this place is definitely moving in the right direction.
Q: How has your experience been with the Avanta team?
A: The experience has been very positive. I can name people like Faras and Lingapost who have always helped us out. Every request we’ve had has been handled well, and whenever we’ve hit a roadblock, the team has been quick to resolve it. It’s been very accommodating overall.
Q: What kind of workspace setup do you use here?
A: We use both a five-seater and a two-seater setup. The five-seater is great for collaboration and brainstorming sessions, while the two-seater allows for individual ideation. I really appreciate the flexibility the space provides.
Q: How has your overall experience been?
A: It’s been very fulfilling. We’ve been here for nearly two years, and I don’t see any reason why we wouldn’t continue working here.
Q: Would you recommend this workspace to others?
A: 100% yes. For all the reasons I mentioned — it’s a space where even a small business like ours can function efficiently. The location, infrastructure, tech support, and the staff all come together to make the experience great. Any office or business can thrive in this environment.
