I'm Geetika Singh and I work with Zuri Hotels and Resorts. Um, they are five-star resorts and uh, we have locations which are in Goa, Kerala, and Bangalore. We have three locations in India and, of course, we have one or two abroad as well, but we mainly take care of uh, the India locations. And this office is basically kind of their Delhi office, uh, and I'm heading the regional sales, uh, for this hotel.
So I know Avanta because of my previous organization. We had taken Avanta in the past, some 10 years back, when I was working with Caravana Beach Resort, okay? And we had a good experience, and um, we were in Statesman House at that time, and um, yeah.
We uh, obviously it is a centrally located uh, the location is good, and uh, another thing is that there is a cabin, so we all—we always wanted a cabin. Though we were three, four people or whatever, we wanted, like, not a common area, uh, but a separate cabin which we got over here.
That is the reason we are here for the last uh, 3 and 1/2 years, I think. We are one of the oldest clients.
It is extremely good. Um, whenever I need a printout or any other service, like a courier, they are very prompt and deliver as soon as possible.
So I like the professionalism, um, apart from the infrastructure, of course, that is also good, uh, but the professionalism is what I really like about Avanta. The people are prompt, they are trained, unlike a lot of people places where they have untrained staff, and they don't know what to do half the time, and you know, 'I'll check and check,' so you know, it is quite professional in that sense.
