Your booking includes everything you need for a seamless meeting: 4K HD camera and display screens, 1 Gbps dedicated internet with failover backup, 360° microphone with noise cancellation, HDMI and wireless screen sharing, whiteboard, stationery, complimentary tea/coffee service, on-site IT support before and during the meeting, and parking for up to 4 vehicles. There are absolutely no hidden add-on fees.
2. Can I host a hybrid meeting with both remote and in-room participants?
Absolutely - in fact, this is one of our most popular setups. Our rooms are purpose-built for hybrid collaboration. With multi-directional cameras and speaker systems, every in-room participant is visible and audible to remote participants, and vice versa. We support up to 50 in-room participants simultaneously connecting with an unlimited number of remote attendees. Just let us know your headcount when booking and we'll configure the room accordingly.
3. Is the internet connection reliable enough for large, important meetings?
Yes - and we take this extremely seriously. Our conference rooms run on dedicated 1 Gbps fibre lines (not shared building Wi-Fi) with automatic failover to a secondary connection if the primary line has any issues. Our uptime track record across all Gurgaon locations is over 99.8%. For mission-critical meetings like investor calls or international board sessions, we also offer the option to add a 4G/5G cellular backup at no extra cost.

If a remote participant has a poor connection, our on-site tech support can immediately suggest workarounds - switching to audio-only for that participant, enabling bandwidth-saving modes in your VC platform, or facilitating a dial-in phone bridge as a fallback.
