PM International is a subsidiary of a German International which are into health supplements, cosmetics and premium skin care. They are in 35 countries and the growth rate of the company is 40% year on year. They operate on a MLM model which is Multilevel Marketing and have independent distributors to sell their products.
Need for a new office address
The company, to fulfil its expansion requirements, was looking forward for an office space in India to tap the Indian market for their products. The need for an office space in Connaught Place brought them to Avanta Business Centre because of its central location, easy for the distributors who are spread across Delhi NCR to come to their office.Their requirements were for an office space that ought to fulfil the following must haves:
