Can you please introduce yourself?

So my name is Nadim Bhatt I am the business head for a company called Silverline Gems and Jewelry So what we do is we have got around 8 to nine diamond jewelry stores across north of India predominantly from Jammu and Kashmir but we have stores in Gurgaon and Punjab in Chandigarh also.

Could you share how you first came to know about Avanta Business Centre?

There was a need of you know shifting to a co-working space then I had gone abroad for a couple of years in between and when I came back uh this was 2025 June July I actually uh discovered this place Avanta and I found the environment to be very good uh I spoke to the sales guys and they were very very cooperative they wanted to focus on you know the services they wanted to provide I like that attitude and hence I decided to be with Avanta since July of 2025.

What key factors were you considering while searching for an office space?

Uh the connectivity through Metro is great Okay Um being an office like this high-profile office like this you know on MG road is a good advantage And I've seen in the last four years people traveling from Noida also deep inside Delhi also very conveniently they come to this place very very conveniently and metro is really a blessing in disguise. A quiet place was my requirement that was the first thing that is what I spoke to the salesperson and Mr. Faraz uh you know who is the community manager here and I just wanted a quiet place where I can work in silence and that was the main criteria.

How would you describe the professional environment at Avanta Business Centre?

Yes One is that security parameters at Avanta are good Yes It's inside the mall and the mall security itself is very good uh they have done some improvements in the last one year or so So yeah combination of both it helps you know So I I don't have any concerns on the security aspect for this.

Can you share your experience working with the Avanta team?

So in general I have not got any issues you know using the meeting rooms and on top of that I must compliment the community managers and the people impromptu also there are some meetings you know where I have been contacting the uh community managers and they have always you know taken care of the requests So that is an advantage This was one thing which I was facing in the earlier space uh they were not very flexible to to be very frank That kind of flexibility and accommodation we find it here in Avanta So that is a plus plus for me.

What do you value the most about being at Avanta?

Yes Generally because my age and experience you know people come to me basically So uh I have been involved in mentoring few kids uh in the age of 22 to 25 they have come to me for advice because I am in my almost uh 29th year of experience you know so um many people come many kids come they talk to me uh they talk about you know their professional career growth paths and plus there are some professional companies also with four to five years experience who started after covid so it's a very cordial kind of discussion which happens Amazing. There's one word I always compliment uh Mr. Faraz as a community manager The support staff like people like Bhuwan ji is very good See again the testimony is that once you start knowing people the support staff by name that speaks volumes.

Would you recommend Avanta Business Centre to others?

I have been doing that from the first month of my existence at Avanta Okay So this is not new and the reason is that once I am comfortable uh I find the professional caliber here to be very good and everything what we have spoken about the standards the benchmarks are good you know even apple-to-apple comparison if you want to do with other community centers you know you can walk across on MG road there are at least 10 of them so I have been I have been for meetings to a few more actually but none like what is Avanta.
