I represent Bharat Web3 Association, which is India's leading industry association in the area of Web3 and virtual digital assets. Our membership includes companies that are both Indian and foreign, as well as those such as exchanges, wallet providers, other service providers, and Layer 1 and Layer 2 chain companies. Interestingly, we came to know about Avanta as a business center because one of our own members has office space in this location and another member has an office space in a different location. One is in Nehru Place and one is in Statesman House.
Fundamentally, we wanted a place in central Delhi, which obviously this building is. Second, we wanted a space that is easily accessible, has good facilities, and enables us to use meeting rooms and other facilities. This fitted in beautifully because not only do we have an office here, but we are also in a meeting room recording this conversation. You have a nice place very close by which enables you to have informal meetings over lunch or tea or dinner. It's well-maintained, clean, and easily accessible.
Actually, it's very surprising because we've already had I think four meetings in this location and once earlier in your other location. The meetings were very comfortable—no noise, nothing. You also serve tea and coffee inside the meeting room, so it was a good experience.
The help and support received from your team is great, from the process of identifying a location to identifying a meeting room. We were earlier on the third floor, but since our other member was on the 12th floor, you relocated us to this floor. You gave us a very good setup next to a meeting room. Services are what we’re really looking for—having your office serviced when you're not there, having friendly help to guide visitors, or support in booking conference rooms. Most of it is online, but the courtesy, ease, professionalism, and cleanliness are great.
Workspaces are secure enough. In fact, in our own office, we leave everything on the desk—no drawers or nothing else. We don't see any interference. People respect that, and everybody who is here is a professional. They respect each other, as do the cleaning staff and other staff who come here.
At the two locations I have been to, the office layouts are very open and welcoming. If you want to invite visitors, you can do it easily. You can even book a meeting room on short notice. There is also the lunch and coffee area where you can have informal meetings.
If you are a startup or a small organization that doesn't require large office space and you don't want to rent your own building because that adds additional costs and overheads, you can look at a co-working space. Among co-working spaces in Delhi, Avanta is one of the better ones we have experienced. It's a no-hassle, worry-free, friendly, clean, and quiet atmosphere.
It’s at the intersection of Tolstoy Road and Kasturba Gandhi Marg, so it's a very interesting place to be. The metro is close by; there are multiple options like Barakhamba Road or Rajiv Chowk depending on where you're coming from. Food-wise, there are a lot of options. It's easy to get a cab or auto even late at night, and bus connectivity is also good.
