Can you please introduce yourself?

My name is Priya Upreja and I'm working with Swinsta ENT private limited so uh we are a seller company listed on Swiggy Instam Mart so we have like 200 dark stores and we are operating through those stores via Swiggy Instamart so we sell our products on quick e-commerce platforms.

Could you share how you first came to know about Avanta Business Centre?

So uh the previous company that I was working for was health and happiness private limited and the HHPL office like health and happiness office uh is here in the same building BPTP Park Centra from past 5 6 years. So they had some renovation work going on so they wanted uh to temporarily shift to some new office and that's how they found out Avanta. And when we started our uh this business we knew that uh there won't be a better place than Avanta.

What key factors were you considering while searching for an office space?

I guess the management's perspective was also to see the convenience for all the employees so this area has a better connectivity with all the public transportation and uh the ambience here is good the staff is quite friendly so all that time.

How would you describe the professional environment at Avanta Business Centre?

Uh well yes uh like to be honest I myself I'm an introvert so I never had much interaction with uh anybody here but everybody seems lovely like uh they all are like it's a good opportunity if you can go and interact with like-minded people and uh you know get to know their ideas because I guess most of the offices here are startup cultures only. There are so many uh different people here like you can interact with them get to know about their ideas their startups.

Can you share your experience working with the Avanta team?

It's really nice like uh I have had interactions with like most interactions with Mishu uh Jitendra ji, Ritika ji then recently I had a had an issue with the invoicing team Manish there so they all are quite helpful.

What do you value the most about being at Avanta?

Their enthusiasm towards celebrating festivals is quite good so uh before every festival the office is all beautifully decked up and uh like they try to uh organize get together so that all the people from all the offices come together and you know have a chance to talk to each other so that's quite good and if I may tell one more so last summers they had this uh infused water initiative so I personally like that very much so they every morning there used to be a jar filled with water with you know uh like detox water so that was quite good. From for my previous company I uh was here in Avanta for like 2 3 months and now in this company it's been 5 6 months here so it's been good so far so like the staff is quite good ambience of the office is overall quite good so it's great.
