Can you please introduce yourself and your company?
So, my name is Ishita, I am from St. Louis 4 and I am currently working here as a Business Development Executive and also registered as a Director here. (0:14) So, our company started in 2021 and we are into Exhibition, Designing and Fabrication.
Could you share how you first came to know about Avanta Business Centre?
So, we were, you know, curious that let's see what new center is opening up and what different can we have here. So, interested is that let's see and go what is there and the interiors also were very fascinating to us. So, then we talked to your team and then the negotiations happened and all the, you know, facilities that we saw here, the cafeteria, the interiors, the sitting spaces, so they were pretty good. We are really liking our experience here at Avanta.
What key factors were you considering while searching for an office space?
We are really liking our experience here at Avanta. We were looking for a 5-seater, like we wanted to, you know, increase the capacity of our marketing team. So, that was of course a big reason and then of course the interiors and everything, the meeting rooms also. So, we were getting all those facilities here with the correct amount of interior space that we wanted.
How would you describe the professional environment at Avanta Business Centre?
It kind of, it's like, it's like fun to have, you know, so many people around here who are not in your same company only. You get to see different companies working here and you just come to know that, oh, this kind of company also exists. And then the crowd is also pretty young here. So, it's actually kind of like a really good vibe here also.
Can you share your experience working with the Avanta Team?
Oh, it's really good. From the cleaning and from any assistance, even if when we have to tell them, we disturb them a lot with the AC, that we switch it on or switch it off. So, it's very convenient here with everything. We get the mails and everything for festivals also and if they are having a party. So, we know beforehand that, oh, there are some celebrations going to happen. So, it's pretty amazing here.
What do you value the most about being at Avanta?
The vibe that we have here, along with the assistance, of course, the support we are getting here, the internet connection and everything, all the facilities that we have here. So, it is, of course, a major trust point for us. And then also a very good thing that we feel is that it is very easily accessible to us. The security system is also very nice that only me and my staff can access our rooms, you know. So, the face scan is in everything. So, I think it's great.
