Avanta India, which runs business centres in Delhi-NCR region, plans to expand its operations to Mumbai and will invest about Rs 100 crore for the same.
Initially, the company is looking to start its operations in the BKC (Bandra-Kurla complex) and Lower Parel area, the company said in a statement.
“An investment of Rs 100 million has already been allocated to meet the initial infrastructural requirements in Mumbai,” it added.
Avanta plans to establish comprehensive, serviced setup workspaces in 20,000-30,000 sq ft area.
Avanta currently offers 143 workstations and three meeting rooms in Delhi-NCR.
