Service Coordinator

I am Seema Negi. I am a service coordinator at Avanta. I look after the reception area. We normally meet the people and greet them. We arrange the meeting rooms for them as well. We provide courier service plus we handle the incoming and outgoing calls. And we provide them printing, scanning, binding, lamination, all kind of services we provide to the in house clients. Part of my job is to take care of virtual office client. A virtual office provides shared office services which including a business address services are providing a physical space. For virtual client we need to attend the calls on the behalf of the company, receive mails and visitors for them. We arrange the meeting rooms for them as well. Whenever they require the shared office space we provide them as per their requirement. I like the work atmosphere at Avanta and I’m very thankful to my team who always supports me.
