Could you please tell me something about yourself and your company?

My name is Nitin. I'm working with a financial firm by the name EmKay Investment Managers Limited. It's a Mumbai-based firm. I've been in the financial market for about 18 years now. My company deals in PMS, AIF, offshore funds, and advisory businesses, and I currently take care of nodes for the company.

Could you share how you first came to know about Avanta Business Centre?

One of my earlier offices was in Statesman House, and a few of my friends were working at Avanta there. I visited their premises and was quite happy and satisfied with what Avanta was offering.

What key factors were you considering while searching for an office space?

Since my work involves client engagement and regular interaction with investors, I needed a space that offered privacy and professionalism. I handle cheques and couriers from investors, and even if I’m not in the office, Avanta takes care of everything seamlessly.

I’ve been here for almost a year now, and it’s been a professional and comfortable environment. No one interferes in my work, and I have complete privacy, which I really value.

Can you share your experience working with the Avanta Team?

There have been a few instances where I wasn’t in the office, and I requested the reception team at Avanta to assist me. They picked up important documents from my cabin and handed them over to my courier staff. The support from the Avanta team has been excellent.

What do you value the most about being at Avanta?

Another thing I like is the flexibility. Since I work in a single cabin, if I feel like taking a break, I can go up to the 12th-floor cafeteria, grab a cup of tea, and continue my work there.
