Our regional office on Barakhamba Road was running short on space. With the team expanding, we needed a larger, professional setup nearby - without the delays of setting up an entirely new office.

Three things mattered most: the location (it had to be in the financial hub), a quiet and disturbance-free environment for focused work, and reliable support with all basic amenities in place.
4. Was the location a deciding factor?
Absolutely. We specifically needed to stay in this area since it's a financial hub where most finance companies are based. Avanta's Connaught Place centre fit that requirement perfectly.
5. How professional is the working environment?
It's professional in the truest sense - the standards are maintained well. At the same time, because people from many different companies and backgrounds work here, there's a natural, easy interaction between members. It's a good balance.
6. How responsive is the Avanta support team?
Very responsive. If something can be fixed immediately, it gets done on the spot. If it needs more time, there's always a clear turnaround and it gets resolved within that. We've never been left waiting without an update.
7. What's your favourite thing about working at Avanta?
Definitely the outdoor café area during lunch. It's a great place to decompress, have a meal, and chat with people from other companies. Outside of lunch hours, the vending machine area works well for a quick break or an informal catch-up.
8. Do you get opportunities to network with professionals from other companies?
Yes, naturally. The shared spaces - especially the café - create easy opportunities to interact with people from different companies and industries. It happens organically, without feeling forced.
9. How would you rate your overall experience at Avanta?
Overall, it's been a very good experience. The amenities, the support team, and the workspace itself all deliver on what was promised. Nothing has been a disappointment.
10. Would you recommend Avanta to others or work here again?
Without hesitation. If I had to recommend a workspace to anyone, Avanta would be my first suggestion. And if the opportunity came up to work here again, I'd take it.
