Q: Can you tell us about your company and your role?
A: I am Deepak Sidhu, a managing partner at Mua Lool Private Wealth, part of Motilal Oswal. Our company is a financial conglomerate with seven businesses, and we specifically manage one of the private wealth divisions, catering to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and large businesses. Motilal Oswal is a listed company with a 33-year history.
Q: Why did you choose Avanta as your workspace provider?
A: A couple of years ago, as our employee strength grew, we began searching for a new office space. We needed a temporary solution for two to two and a half years, so we explored Avanta’s facilities. The look and feel of the space, along with its layout, matched our needs, and we decided to move forward.
Q: What specific requirements did you have for your workspace?
A: In Connaught Place, many buildings are older and lack refurbishments, so a modern look and feel were essential. We also needed a sizable workspace to accommodate our growing team of 60, divided into sales and service departments, with some separation to avoid disturbances. Additionally, a good pantry and well-organized seating arrangements were important.
Q: How has your experience been with Avanta’s services?
A: I am very satisfied. Any minor issues are resolved quickly, often within minutes. The daily cleaning is consistently thorough, completed by 6:30-7:00 PM every evening. The entire team, from operations to sales, is very helpful, particularly Udit, who is always approachable and efficient in resolving issues.
Q: Have you used other business centers before, and how does Avanta compare?
A: Yes, we have used other business centers in the past. Many centers start off well but struggle to maintain standards over time. However, in the one and a half years we’ve been with Avanta, their maintenance and service standards have remained high. This consistency is crucial, as many clients can easily switch if standards decline.
Q: How do you feel about the working environment at Avanta?
A: The environment is excellent, with a diverse yet cohesive mix of professionals. The offices are well-maintained, and the people here share similar professional and civic values, creating a pleasant and homogeneous working culture.
Q: Would you recommend Avanta to others?
A: Absolutely. In fact, we’ve already referred the investment banking team at Motilal Oswal, who have since taken a space on the 12th floor. We will continue to refer Avanta to others whenever possible.

A: I would rate Avanta around 8.5 out of 10, as they offer a great business center experience with reliable services.
